Holiday hatha yoga class What is it ? 

​Think: One pose at a time. Explore. Hold. Breathe

   •   Meaning: “Ha” = sun, “Tha” = moon — refers to the balance of opposing energies.

   •   Pace: Slow and steady.

   •   Structure: Focuses on holding poses (asanas) for several breaths, often with rest in between.

   •   Breath: Emphasizes deep, mindful breathing and sometimes includes pranayama (breath control) as part of the class.

   •   Goal: Build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness through alignment and stillness.

   •   Suitable for: Beginners, people wanting a more meditative or foundational practice.

 

Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing

This is a calming practice for all levels especially beginners, focusing on slow movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness. Poses are held longer to improve flexibility, balance, and inner peace without intensity. Its perfect for reducing stress, enhancing mobility, and reconnecting with the body in a nurturing, low-impact way.

This is combined with an acoustic sound healing, a powerful restorative experience.
